Payment Plan Terms
Twin Mama Creates offers manual payment plans as a courtesy option for customers who need additional flexibility. These plans are manually tracked and are not automated.
Deposits & Fabric Ordering
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure fabric:
– $10 per kid item
– $20 per adult item
• Deposits are applied toward the total order balance.
• Fabric will not be ordered until the deposit is paid.
Payment Plan Processing Fee
• Payment plan orders include a small, non-refundable processing fee.
This helps cover manual tracking, administrative time, and multiple transactions.
• The processing fee is applied once per order and is included in the overall total.
Payment & Production Timeline
• Items will not be made until the full balance is paid.
• Payment timing is the responsibility of the customer.
• Once the balance is paid in full and fabric has arrived, items will be completed within 10–15 business days.
• If fabric has not yet arrived at the time the balance is paid, production will begin once fabric is received.
Pricing & Sales
• Payment plans are set up at the current pricing at the time of purchase, and are excluded from future sales, discounts, or price adjustments once materials have been committed.
Payment Completion Deadline
• Payment plans must be fully paid by December 31 of the calendar year in which the deposit is made.
• If the balance is not paid by this date, the order will be considered abandoned.
• In the event of an abandoned payment plan, the deposit and processing fee are forfeited and the fabric reservation is released.
General Terms
• Only one Twin Mama Creates payment plan may be active per customer at a time.
• Payment plans are manually tracked. Customers are responsible for submitting payments and keeping track of their balance.
• Payment plan orders are considered custom orders. By selecting this option, the customer agrees not to file chargebacks or payment disputes for deposits or completed payments.
• Payment plans are non-refundable and non-cancelable once fabric has been ordered.
• By selecting the Twin Mama Creates Payment Plan option at checkout, the customer acknowledges that they have read and agreed to these terms.
