At Twin Mama Creates, we take pride in the handmade quality of each item. Because most items are custom-made, we only accept returns in rare cases. Please read the details below to understand when and how returns are allowed.
All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a clear issue related to quality, durability, or sizing.
When Returns Are Accepted
We may accept a return if:

There is a manufacturing defect (exposed seams, missed hems, or other flaws made during production)

We sent the wrong size or made an error on our end

The sizing is incorrect even though accurate measurements were provided
What We Cannot Accept
We do not accept returns due to:

Ordering the wrong size or forgetting to send measurements

Personal preferences (e.g., color or style isn't what you expected)

Missing the return window or failing to follow the return process
Return Guidelines

Inspect Immediately: Check your items as soon as they arrive.

Contact Us Within 7 Days: Email us at twinmamacreates@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery if there’s a problem.

Item Condition: Returned items must be unworn and in brand new condition. Anything showing signs of use will not be refunded.

Return Timeline: Once a return label is sent, tracking must show a scan or movement within 2 weeks. Otherwise, the return will be marked closed.

Shipping the Return: Customers are responsible for printing the provided shipping label and obtaining packaging to send return back (i.e. polymailer, box, etc).

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be refunded the original amount paid (minus any shipping). Refunds will go back to your original payment method.
