Shipping & Delivery Options

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

UPS Shipping

  • Orders 0lb–2lb: $9.00 USD

  • Orders 2.1lb and up: $12.00 USD

USPS Ground Advantage

  • Orders $75.00 and up: Free

  • Orders 0lb–0.49lb: $6.00 USD

  • Orders 0.5lb and up: $9.00 USD

USPS Priority Mail

  • Orders 0lb–1lb: $9.00 USD

  • Orders 1.1lb and up: $12.00 USD

All delivery times and dates are estimates given in good faith and are subject to change.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to Canada with the following options:

DHL Express

  • Calculated transit time + $1.00 handling fee

USPS

  • Calculated transit time + $1.00 handling fee

Turnaround Time (TAT)

The turnaround time (TAT) for ready-to-ship items is 3–5 business days.

For preorder or custom items, the turnaround time will be clearly stated in the product description.

If you are ordering both preorder and ready-to-ship items together, your order will not ship until all items are ready. To receive your ready-to-ship items sooner, please consider placing two separate orders.

Return Policy

Returns & Refunds
Since the items at Twin Mama Creates are handmade, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. However, if you have concerns regarding the quality, durability, or sizing of your items, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery so we can work together to resolve the issue.

We ask that you inspect your package upon delivery and notify us within 7 days if there are any issues with your order. After this window, we cannot offer any returns or refunds.

Twin Mama Creates is not responsible for items being sent to the wrong address as long as the address provided with your order is correct. Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.
