Please carefully review our Turnaround Time (TAT), Shipping, and Delivery Policy before purchasing our products. This policy applies to all orders placed with us.
Shipping & Delivery Options
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:
UPS Shipping = $6.00
USPS Ground Advantage = Free at $20+
Orders under $20 = $5.50
USPS Priority Mail
Orders 0lb–1lb: $9.00 USD
Orders 1.1lb and up: $12.00 USD
All delivery times and dates are estimates given in good faith and are subject to change.
Turnaround Time (TAT)
The turnaround time (TAT) for ready-to-ship items is 1–2 business days.
Custom item turnaround time ranges from 10-30 days. Please review website homepage for specific turn around times for your items.
If you are ordering both made to order and ready-to-ship items together, your order will not ship until all items are ready. To receive your ready-to-ship items sooner, please consider placing two separate orders.
Return Policy
Returns & Refunds
Since the items at Twin Mama Creates are handmade, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. However, if you have concerns regarding the quality, durability, or sizing of your items, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery so we can work together to resolve the issue.
We ask that you inspect your package upon delivery and notify us within 7 days if there are any issues with your order. After this window, we cannot offer any returns or refunds.
Twin Mama Creates is not responsible for items being sent to the wrong address as long as the address provided with your order is correct. Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.
